We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and personable Chiropractic Assistant to join our dedicated team for maternity cover, beginning in November 2026 for up to 52 weeks.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional clinic environment. This is not a passive reception role; we are looking for someone who is attentive, approachable, confident and ready to take initiative.
You will support both clients and practitioners, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week, based in Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull. Saturday working is required, and flexibility to cover additional shifts during holidays or sickness is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support
Providing a warm, friendly welcome to clients and greeting them by name
Checking clients in and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
Handling telephone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Supporting clients across our UK TOPCHIRO locations, as enquiries may relate to any of our clinics
Managing appointments and maintaining accurate clinic diaries using our online systems
Processing client payments by cash and card, including taking payments or deposits over the phone when required
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
Acting as a liaison between clients and chiropractors, ensuring clear and effective communication
Helping clients understand their appointments, care plans and the services available to them
Supporting client retention and satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
Clinical Assistance & Clinic Support
Supporting chiropractors during appointments, including carrying out certain tests and examinations following appropriate training
Supporting client onboarding and completion of digital forms and documentation
Ensuring client notes and relevant information are kept accurate and up to date
Supporting the smooth running of the clinic diary and day-to-day operations
Monitoring clinic equipment and reporting any issues or concerns to the Clinic Manager
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic environment, including examination rooms and waiting areas
Opening and closing the clinic
Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain our high clinical standards
Lead Management & Client Engagement
Tracking new client leads and following up consistently
Monitoring leads received through telephone, email and UCC Near Me
Maintaining accurate lead information within our lead-tracking system
Supporting the team in following our lead management processes and highlighting any concerns or opportunities for improvement
Supporting client feedback initiatives, surveys and Google review requests
Helping to organise and support events such as Spinal Screenings, Health Talks and other client or community events where applicable
Team Support & Organisation
Being a supportive and reliable member of the wider CA team
Helping newer team members where appropriate and sharing knowledge once trained and confident
Helping to maintain clinic standards and ensuring systems and processes are followed
Supporting the organisation of shift cover where required
Completing accurate end-of-day cashing up
Monitoring clinic stock and supplies and reporting requirements to the Clinic Manager
Attending twice-yearly team meetings, with occasional travel required
Supporting the Clinic Manager and wider team with administrative tasks and improvements to clinic systems where appropriate

A supportive team player who is not afraid to ask for help when needed
Confident taking initiative and identifying ways to improve the client experience
Professional, compassionate and committed to providing a high standard of client care
Previous experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, customer service, administration or sales environment would be advantageous. Experience with lead management, client conversion or working with CRM systems would also be beneficial.
However, personality, attitude and willingness to learn are more important to us than previous experience. Full training will be provided for the clinical aspects of the role.
